“Hang Son” is known as the old name of Cha Ca street today. The old name represented one of the most famous traditional dishes in Hanoi. Hang Son wishes to bring to you Cha Ca – the charcoal grilled bagrid catfish and other delicious fish dishes. Based on the traditional recipe, we use rustic spices to enhance the taste of the dishes but still retain the sweet flavor of the fish.
