AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd (“AMVN”) would like to thank our customers for using our Mobile Application. During the operation, depending on the type of service we provide, AMVN may collect and process the User’s personal data. AMVN would like to notify users about AMVN’s handling of Users’ personal data in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on the protection of personal data (“BVDLCN”) issued by the Government.

AMVN is committed to ensuring the safety and protection of users’ data in accordance with Vietnamese law. To do so, we have issued and updated the “Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy” (“Policy”). This Policy is an integral part of the agreements, terms and conditions governing the relationship between AMVN and the user.

This policy includes but is not limited to the following:

• Scope of use of Personal Data;
• Store, process, correct and delete Personal Data;
• Links to third parties;
• Short game;
• User rights and obligations in relation to Personal Data that we control and process;
• The address of the entity that controls and processes Personal Data;
• Commitment to the security of User’s Personal Data;
• Update.
