Pepper Lunch is a restaurant serving beefsteak (steak) on a hot teppan that originated in Japan.
Customers will enjoy beefsteak, hamburger, salmon and chicken imported from the US, Australia, Norway,.. with premium quality on an iron pan heating up to 260oC. The temperature in the pan will be maintained at approximately 80 ° C for 20 minutes to help the dish stay sizzle right on the dining table, the softness and flavor of the meat is also completely preserved.
